Are you fully mobile?
Yes. Service is performed entirely at your location. We arrive self contained with water and power, so no hookup to your property is required. If you prefer that we use your water supply, that is also acceptable and does not change the price.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage appropriate for mobile detailing operations. Proof of insurance is available on request, which some apartment complexes and commercial properties require before allowing on site service.
Is pricing final at the time of booking?
Prices listed are starting points based on vehicle size and average condition. Final pricing is confirmed on arrival, before any work begins. Heavy pet hair, spilled liquids, mildew, smoke odor, or paint that requires correction are quoted as additions and never applied after the fact.
How long does a mobile detail take?
An exterior detail generally takes 90 minutes to two hours. An interior detail takes two to three hours. A full detail takes three to four hours on a sedan and four to six hours on a third row or extended length vehicle. Paint correction is scheduled as a full day.
Can service be performed at an apartment or office?
In most cases, yes. We require one parking space with sufficient room to work around the vehicle. Some complexes and commercial properties restrict on site washing, so confirm with your property manager first. Where water runoff is not permitted, we can perform a rinseless wash instead.
What happens if it rains on the day of the appointment?
The appointment is rescheduled at no charge. We review conditions the morning of service and contact you before dispatch if weather will interfere. Work can also proceed under a carport or in a garage when one is available.
How far do you travel from Alamo Heights?
Locations inside Loop 1604 carry no travel fee. Helotes, Boerne, Bulverde, Schertz, and Fair Oaks Ranch are served with a stated trip charge. Enter your ZIP code on this page to confirm coverage and any applicable fee before booking.
Do you provide ceramic coating and paint correction?
Yes. Machine polishing removes swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation rather than temporarily masking them. Ceramic coating provides one to three years of protection and is recommended for vehicles stored outdoors. A conventional wax protects for roughly two to three months and is sufficient for garage kept vehicles.
How often should a vehicle be detailed in San Antonio?
Most vehicles in this region benefit from professional detailing every four to eight weeks. Vehicles parked outdoors, driven on highways daily, or exposed to construction dust require service toward the shorter end of that interval to maintain protective layers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected on completion, after you have inspected the vehicle.
